Manoir de l’Eolière dates from 1885 and after being restored, it now welcomes guests in with comfort and well-being.
It's an old house that kindly opens its doors and its secrets, and do not want to be too badly treated.
This is why we ask you to respect it as well as she welcomes guests. You can discover and visit the park, but remember it is not a picnic area.
The Guesthouse is not open to the general public. We expect Guests to respect each other privacy so that everybody can enjoy all the facilities at their disposal as they wish.
Private parking inside the property :
A car park is available for guests’ use in the property. Cars parked here are at owners risk and parents are therefore asked to keep their children under their responsibility.
We disclaim all responsibilities if this is not the case.
Cars are not allowed near the houses.
Check In :
Normal Check In time is between 5:00 pm and 7:30 pm.
Payment of the accommodation on arrival by cash or French bank cheques
Local tourist tax : 0,64 €/ pers (over 18 years old)/ night
Check Out :
Guests are requested to vacate their rooms by 11:00 am on the day of departure. After that time, an extra night will be charged.
Each guest must return keys on departure days. In case of loss or theft a reimbursement is requested.
You are expected to leave your room in as good condition as it was given to you. Any damage caused by you to our home inside or outside of your room such as soiled furnishings, broken windows or appliances will be charged. We expect you to tell us and not hide any damage, we will find a solution.
If the room needs much more cleaning as normal use, 50 € will be charged.
Cancellation :
In case of cancellation 35 days before arrival, 50 % of deposit will be refunded.
In case of cancellation 34 - 0 days before arrival, deposit will be kept.
Breakfast :
The continental breakfast is served in our dinning room, between 8:00 and 10:00.
Please, let us know approx. the hour you’ll come.
Bedrooms :
In order to respect the following guests, storing food, cooking and eating in the room are strictly forbidden. It is also not allowed to wash and dry clothes in the room or on the terrace.
If non observance of instructions, the price of an extra night will be charged.
Warning : Mini-bar is only suitable to refresh drinks but no food because of weak cooling. For your safety and respect for the following guests, please do not use it as a refrigerator. If non observance of instructions, all the food will be discarded in that case.
Please, do not use the towels outside your room.
Books and magazines can only be consulted in the bedroom, but Tourist Maps/area Information are available.
We ask guests not to leave valuable items (jewels, multi-media devices, cash & cards) either in unattended bedrooms or parked vehicles as the Management cannot accept responsibility for theft or loss
WIFI: Free WiFi is accessible in the dinning room & surrounding of the manor to all guests, and respect that illegal downloading is forbidden.
Housekeeping:
We begin our housekeeping process immediately upon check out to ensure all the rooms are ready for 5:00 pm check in.
For longer stay, we manage to make housekeeping till 1:00 pm. If your room should be unavailable, we request that you let us know you want a refresh (new towels, trash removal, fresh glasses, etc.) at breakfast, otherwise after that time we couldn’t clean your room.
General Rules
According to decree No. 2006-1386 dated 15th November 2006, it is forbidden to smoke in public areas. The entire building is a Non-smoking area.
Ashtrays are available for smoking outside.
Children are under responsibility of their parents.
Our animal friends are not allowed inside the establishment.
We kindly ask our guests to respect everyone in the lodge & to dress appropriately while using the common areas. Footwear must be worn at all times.
Our dining room and kitchen are not a public area.
Environmental Policy
The owners of Le Manoir de l’Eolière are dedicated to the protection of our planets resources and would encourage our guests to help us by:
Switching off lights when not in use
Ensuring that taps are always turned off after use
Avoiding the unnecessary use of towels - just use what you need!
While using a septic tank sewage system, we kindly request you to throw only toilet paper in the w.c, other waste (baby-wipes, sanitary towels, tampons…) having a dustbin for this purpose.
We will sort the recyclable rubbish collected from guest rooms i.e. paper, plastic, metal and glass
